LAF Dream, Strive Forward Together – We Never Stop Moving Forward!

On October 19, 2024, the 11th LAF Hiking event took place as planned. This year’s 40-kilometer journey, evolving from the half-marathon of the first event to today's full marathon challenge, stands as a testament to our collective determination and resilience.

Before the event, Mr. Fisher Ma, Chairman of LAF Technology, remarked: "Since its establishment, LAF has lived by the belief in ' LAF Dream, Strive Forward Together.' We firmly believe that only through unwavering persistence and courage can we achieve our shared dreams. Today’s hike is not just about completing 40 kilometers, but about pushing personal limits, testing our teamwork, and embodying our corporate culture. Persistence leads to victory, and together we will enjoy the journey, embrace the scenery, and support each other with full enthusiasm to conquer every challenge!”

This edition saw 11 participating teams, making it the largest and most widely attended to date. Despite the biting cold and falling temperatures, participants' enthusiasm remained undeterred. With the rising sun, the 11th LAF Hiking event officially began.

A key highlight this year was the addition of teachers and students from Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST), marking their first participation. Their involvement brought a burst of fresh energy and underscored our deepening university-enterprise collaboration. Even in the face of the harsh elements, the QUST team completed the 40-kilometer hike, walking alongside LAF employees, sharing in both challenges and triumphs, and pushing boundaries together.

For most participants, the 40 kilometers represented a formidable challenge. Yet, everyone from QUST and LAF displayed unwavering determination and resilience. The journey was long, but the encouragement of teammates, the exhilaration of success, and the joy of shared accomplishment will remain vivid memories.

This year also marks the beginning of a new decade for our hiking event. As we look forward to the future, LAF is ready for the next chapter. With the "LAF Dream" guiding us, we keep pushing forward, always striving for more.
