Nowadays, liquid syrup as the sweetener, is widely used in food industry, including bakery, cereal and snacks, beverages, confectionary, etc.
There is a wide variety of liquid syrups including agave syrup, cane syrup, corn syrup, glucose syrup, maple syrup, tapioca syrup, rice syrup, etc.
Talking of syrup packaging patterns, there is a variety of package patterns e.g. Glass Bottles, Steel Drums, ISO tanks, Paper IBC, Flexi tank. Hereby we’d like to recommend using Square Paper IBC for bulk liquid syrup transport.
Paper IBC (intermediate bulk container) is an ideal replacement for drums, bottles and bottle-in-cage IBCs.
Traditional packaging drums/bottles/ISO tank, are inconvenient with high cost on recycling/disposal/cleaning and return transportation. However, paper IBC is single-trip use product and recyclable, it can significantly reduce logistics cost and operation cost.
Unlike other packaging product, it can be fast setup—in just few minute by one operator.
Another very obvious advantage is more efficient use of storage space, as it is collapsible, and it can save 80% in storage space over drums.
It is consisted of a heavy and strong outer box and a cassette. The outer box is made of 10 layers corrugated paper, and it can hold up to 1000L liquid. The cassette is built with a preinstalled liner inside, and this design allows to unfold liner easily inside the box.
LAF Paper IBC has passed the stringent vibration test under vibration 142,000 times at a frequency of 1.5-5 HZ. After the test, our Paper IBC doesn’t deform, the liner inside container is not damaged, and there is no leakage. LAF Paper IBC can secure cargo safety during transport.
