Liner production
IBC liners are produced with virgin new PE film. They are safe to ship food liquid e.g. tomato paste, fruit juice, liquid sugar, and also be used for industrial fluids delivery. The IBC liners are strong and robust, ensuring the liquid commodity arrive its destination intact and well-preserved.
For users of bottle-in-cage IBCs, LAF has developed an inserted replacement liner, which eliminates the trouble of washing IBC after cargo discharge, and in further can help users, especially those handling non-hazardous chemicals, saving cleaning expenses significantly.
Whole process quality management is implemented in our factory, that covers the following:
Quality monitor of plastic particles for PE film and PP woven fabric. We select excellent suppliers such as Mobil, Dow, etc;
Material and components testing;
Quality management of production process;
Inspection for finished products.
