Liner production
IBC liner are produced with virgin new PE film. It is safe to ship food liquid e.g. tomato paste, fruit juice, liquid sugar, and also be used for industrial fluids delivery. The IBC liners are built strong and robust, can ensure the liquid commodity arrive its destination intact and well-preserved.

Collapsible IBC takes up very small space after folded, and is easy to handle for transportation and storage of the non-hazardous liquid products. Compared with rigid plastic IBCs or 200L drums, Collapsible IBC with the inner liner bag can significantly reduce transportation and storage costs. Taking the facial mask industry as an example, there is high residue inside drums or IBCs after discharge. The solution of collapsible IBC, with the disposable IBC liner bag inside, could protect the liquid essence perfectly during transit, reduce storage and return transport cost; moreover, it could help to minimize the liquid residue averagely from 5% to 0.1%.
